Checking out Oregon's newest state park, Cottonwood Canyon

I thought this to be an interesting name choice since I didn't see ANY cottonwoods. In fact, there were no trees at all except for a few dozen newly planted trees near the river. Oh well, we came, we saw, we went. Unless you are in to rafting or fishing, I see no need to return.

Winter has come to Vancouver. Our house and the road leeding in to our cul-d-sac.
